The Dual Auger STOLTZ Site Spreader®

 

Now, STOLTZ Site Spreaders offers two styles of soil stabilization spreaders (cement spreaders):

  1. First, our traditional high-output chain style spreader, designed to spread quicklime, portland, etc. at high rates at high speeds. 

    This design, with the new Patent Pending features, minimizes dust while loading.

  2. Second, our dust-free dual auger style spreader. Also designed to spread soil stabilization materials, but at somewhat lower rates. About 80 lb/sq.yd. maximum at about 1 mph. 

This patent pending design eliminates dust while loading. 

This is the ideal spreader for locations where dust control is absolutely critical. By adding a mist system, dust will be eliminated both while filling and while spreading.

FEATURES:

Top access panels to augers

Dual high torque augers on soil stabilization cement spreader.

We have replaced our 30-inch wide drag chain with dual 10-inch augers. Deep reduction gearboxes ensure the load comes off.

 

Totally enclosed. No seals necessary. Dust free soil cement spreaders.

The front and rear are now sealed bearings.

RESULT:

Dual auger body being filled at 10 psi.

Zero dust while filling.
